Dr. Cindy Le, B.Sc., RMT, R.Ac., TCMD is a graduate of the Calgary College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. Her four year program culminated with an internship at the China-Japan Friendship Hospital in Beijing, China.
Also a University of Alberta alumna, Cindy’s background in Human Ecology has given her a greater insight into the human body, as well the social and environmental factors that affect well being.

Theresa Le Sliworsky is a mother of two, wife, and founder of CanSports and Co-founder of F.R.E.S.H Retreat, a women’s health retreat centre in Bali. Theresa believes in empowering her clients with the tools to achieve their fitness goals, and to make training fun. She specialises in helping those over 40 with age-related issues and working with athletes to get their game back after injury.
A former weightlifter, swimmer, triathlete and runner, health and fitness is Theresa’s passion. Theresa spent 25 years working in various stages of the health, food and fitness industry in Canada, Japan and Singapore: from food inspection, quality control, lobbyist, food design, food development, marketing and branding, to being a TV chef, cooking instructor, and running her own catering company and food business, Genki Bar Foods Inc, where she developed and manufacture lentils based foods for athletes.
Over the years, Theresa has worked with Olympic athletes, professional athletes, high-performance triathlon teams, swim teams, kinesiologists, food scientists, dietitians, coaches, and trainers. All of these experiences developed her understanding and appreciation of the important and intricate relationship between nutrition and training.
Theresa is a coach in the areas of nutrition, weight management, and overall lifestyle modification. She is a rehabilitation movement therapist, Master Functional trainer, and pilates teacher trainer. She is also a Fitgenes and AWL practitioner.

Minako has been practicing massage since 1997. She is a 2200-hour RMT who graduated with honours from MH Vicars school of massage therapy. She has helped clients with a wide variety of musculoskeletal injuries.
She is certified in Meridian massage & Acupressure, Dynamic Myofascial Cupping, Thai Traditional Massage and incorporates techniques into her treatments as an important tool to help clients manage their pain. She works to customize each treatment to meet each clients specific needs.

Melissa is a certified Thai massage instructor and has combined specific skills and techniques into a unique massage experience. She completed her Bachelor of Science at Ambrose University in Calgary and her Doctor of Chiropractic at the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon. During her training, she developed a focus on family health care and pursued additional certifications in pediatric and women’s health, including the Webster Technique and CranioSacral Therapy. Dasha has been connected to acupuncture for a long time, since childhood her mother practiced Chinese medicine back in Ukraine and in Argentina. Before becoming Dr. in Acupuncture, Dasha studied Business Management Degree. After a few years in a business environment, she decided to become a yoga instructor, with over 10 years of teaching experience in different yoga styles and fitness classes.
In 2021, Dasha went back to school to pursue her dream to become Dr. in Acupuncture and TCM, after 3 full time years, she earned her title and license to safely practice in Alberta.
